The overall student strength at KCG College of Technology is around 4000 comprising of all the batches in all the departments in of the KCG .
We can somewhere expect students in each batch to be around 1000.
Also try to understand it may vary as per the cutoff ranking and students application for KCG.

Yes, aspirants who have completed Class 12 or its equivalent with at least 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics can apply for the BTech course. Candidates must pass Class 12 or its equivalent with at least 50% aggregate in PCM/ Biology for Bioengineering department. Candidates of qualifying examination can also apply on provisional basis but at the time of admission such a candidates shall have to produce the original certificate of having passed/ marksheet from the respective examination provided that he /she fulfills the eligibility criteria. Failing to do so, the admission shall stand cancelled.

Yes, BTech is a four-year course in 16 specialisations, namely Aeronautical, Aerospace, Automobile, Civil, Biomedical, Mechanical, Industrial Biotechnology, Mechatronics, etc. BTech course is divided into eight semesters at the UG level. Candidates who have completed Class 12 can apply for any of the BTech specialisation of their choice.
