No, it is not compulsory to stay in the Nirma University hostel for B.Tech student can up to stay outside the University Campus including in government hostel like samaras you would need to make your own arrangement for accommodation but it is not mandatory to reside in the University hostel.

NIELIT Aurangabad offers only two specialisations in the BTech course, i.e.,  BTech in Electronics Engineering and BTech in CSE. Both of the courses offered are four years long, divided into eight semesters, and offered in full-time mode. In only one specialisation, the college offers lateral entry, i.e.,  BTech in Electronic System Engineering. The eligibility to get admission into this lateral entry course requires applicants to complete a three-year Diploma in Electronics & allied streams with minimum 45% marks (40% for SC/ST candidates).

As per the information students reviewed that B.Tech is the best choice at Krishna Group if institutions, Kanpur because it is affiliated with  Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University. Yes, NIELIT Aurangabad does offer scholarships to BTech students. The institute mostly offers scholarships that are provided by the state government. Moreover, the scholarships are offered to the students as tuition fee concessions, fellowships and other benefits. To get these state-based scholarships, applicants are required to apply through the National Scholarship Portal.
