In order to get admission in GBPUAT BTech course, it is important for the students to attend the counselling process. The admission to this University is based on the JEE Main result. There are several rounds of counselling that occur. Usually the counselling occurs in the online mode but for the last round of counselling the students may be asked to visit the counselling venue.

The session 2 of JEE Mains exams are expected in the month of April. Interested students for admission in GBPUAT BTech course are highly suggested to appear for the exam and score decent marks. The counselling process for admission into GBPUAT is organised by the Uttarakhand Technical University.

For getting admission in the BTech course at GBPUAT it is necessary for the students to give the JEE Mains exam. Additionally, minimum 45% aggregate in the class 12 exam is required. After the result declaration, the students are advised to sit for the counselling held by UTU and take admission as per the allotted seat in the counselling process.
