Try to get your graduation percentage to above 50%, not that it matters for admission into FMS Delhi.
Do well in CAT and you can get into FMS Delhi.

Eligibility criteria for portfolio management course:
All applicants must possess a minimum of eight years of professional business experience AND
Secondary degree (high school diploma, associates degree or the global equivalent)
10,500 hours of portfolio management experience
OR
Four-year degree (Bachelors degree or the global equivalent)
6,000 hours of portfolio management experience
