There are many short-term Diplomas in commerce field, you can do Diploma in import and export.
Diploma in foreign trade.
You can learn other languages like German and French.
There is Diploma in taxation also. You can do that. Also, these all Diplomas are short-term and you can complete it in one year.
If you are interested in the computer field then you can learn computer language also.

Hello Parthra,
Admissions to all PG seats in Maharashtra is controlled and supervised by DTE, Maharashtra. It's based on GATE score. For COEP, also, you have to follow same rule. Remember this is a premier Institute and GATE score as good as NITs is required.

Min 50% marks in graduation plus a valid NMET score.
For Industry Sponsored, candidates must have completed their graduation in any discipline with at least 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized institute/ university and must have work experience certificate and Industry Endorsement Form filled and signed by the endorsing official along with the company seal.
Candidates appearing in the qualifying exam are also eligible to apply.
