Certifications courses on websites like Simplilearn, Edx, Coursera, Udemy have no particular eligibility criteria. They are accessible and open for everyone. You just need to simply apply and pay fee and start learning.

Eligibility criteria is bachelor degree in any discipline. Candidates appearing for final year bachelor degree examinations can also apply provided they complete all degree requirements by September 30, 2017. All AICTE programme require a test score and 50

First, you need to do graduation with at least 50% in it and then you have to appear for the entrance exams like CAT, MAT, etc.
