I don't think so. It is not a good idea of pursuing UG course through distance mode. I suggest you to go for a regular BBA.

For getting admission in MBA at LPU, you need to satisfy the following eligibility conditions:
Pass with 55% aggregate marks in Bachelors degree (any discipline) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU NEST or CAT or MAT or XAT or NMAT or CMAT^ and Interview
or
Completed Company Secretary CS from Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), subject to qualifying Interview
or
Completed Chartered Accountancy CA from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), subject to qualifying Interview
or
Completed Cost & Management Accountancy (CMA) from Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI). , subject to qualifying Interview.

1) BBA (Tourism and Hospitality)
Pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English or equivalent.
2) MBA (Tourism and Hospitality)

Yes but you need to written form of application which is legal and proofs that you clear past years, for that you need a advocate who going to write you a application form that form is essential for getting readmission in your college and continue your course.

You can apply for GMAT regarding your English problem but, for most MBA entrance exams including CAT you need to have a Bachelor's degree with atleast 50% marks (45% for ST, SC and PWD). .
