Rajiv Gandhi IIM Shillong is 7th IIM of India and it's admission is through CAT. Any graduate with greater than 50% marks is eligible to appear for CAT for admission to IIMs .

Dear friend,The selection proccess of every specialization is same.If u ask me about placement,then i can say u that,placement in hr are moderate in medium level colleges,it is also depend upon college how good they are in placing hr students.If u won't get good reted college then won't go for hr.Unless work hard and put extra effort,thereafter u will get placed easily.Best of luck!

IIMs do not provide PGDM courses by distance learning. However few IIMs offers certificate programs in management and specialisations by distance learning. But these courses are not equivalent to PGDM.
