Apart from your education and work experience to become a faculty in any college you need to qualify the minimum criteria of either UGC or AICTE Delhi. If you qualify then you may definitely apply in any college.

Debosmita, yes you will be able to get admission in MBA fashion management and MBA event management with a valid MAT or GMAT score.
There are many B-Schools in India offering the courses and accepting CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ GMAT.

Look, doing business after MBA would give you more benefits as you may get a practical exposure to the business field. BBA is more of theoretical, though it is also helpful but MBA will give you more command in the field.
My personal suggestion to you is go for MBA and then join your family business.

There are so many fields in which u can make your career after 12th. You can do Your graduation in Science, commerce or Arts. Thereafter u can apply for.various government exams. Just need proper planning of Your studies.
