You can apply for GMAT regarding your English problem but, for most MBA entrance exams including CAT you need to have a Bachelor's degree with atleast 50% marks (45% for ST, SC and PWD). .

Basic eligibility required for B.Com degree in professional students must have successfully passed 12th Standard/HSC/10+2 (or equivalent Level of Examination) from any recognised board.
