Scope for growth in both the fields of technology and management are similar. However, salaries are generally higher in the field of management. Most of technologist after 6 to 8 years have to take techno managerial role to grow in organisation hierarchy.

Talking about scope and career prospects, it is safe to say that in the near future, Aviation sector is all set to grow even more. Along with the growth, the sector will need more and more management professionals to handle Airport management tasks. So, BBA Airport Management professionals wont run out of job opportunities! One may also follow up BBA with an MBA Degree and thus increase ones qualifications. Starting salary is around 20-25k Rupees per month.

Ravi, its not so. It depends upon the company and its requirement. In case you end up doing MBA and go for placement drive, it makes no difference if there is another candidate who is B.Tech MBA if the basic eligibility required for the job is MBA or Masters. . What is important for recruiter is your knowledge, how you conduct yourself, how you perform in the interview.
Outside the college, even the name of your college makes a difference. If you have done a course/ degree from an institute having good reputation like it provides quality education, has good faculty, good placements, wonderful infrastructure then surely that is going to

Good Morning,
Look, doing business after MBA would give you more benefits as you may get a practical exposure to the business field. BBA is more of theoretical, though it is also helpful but MBA will give you more command in the field.
My personal suggestion to you is go for MBA and then join your family business.

Logistics and Supply Chain has become a very critical area for a company. You finished your BMS in 2011. Assuming you are working right now, I suggest, you focus on getting an opening, in a reputed clearing house. This is the place, where you will learn the paper work, and the nuts & bolts of this line. which is so critical for you, to succeed. Ensure that you get an experience of anywhere between 4 till 5 years. You can literally call the shots after that.
