MBA after BBA is logical extension of management education. With BBA you can only get supervisory or lower managerial roles with salary of around Rs 20000 only. MBA from Tier I and II colleges will give push to your career and set foundation for long term high paying, high status job. MBA will entail further education for two years and loss of salary which you can earn after BBA. I am of the opinion that if there are no personal reasons, you must complete your education by doing MBA before starting your career.

Fanshawe is a very popular college among Indian students as it comes under the SPP. The college has good brand value and the presence of strong Indian student community will make it easier for you to settle down.
As far as the scope of any course is concerned, you need to remember, getting a job depends on you and your caliber. If you score really high, then it is possible to get a well-paying job. Also, getting a job abroad doesn't depend 100% on your scores, your networking skills matter a lot. So the more active you are, the better are your chances.

While MBA can be done with graduation from any stream, your subjects must be relevant to it and 48% is quite low. The best way is to get admission into a diploma first and once you clear it, you can go for a degree. Check imperial college - Australia and feel free to revert.
