Indira Gandhi National Open University does not have a fixed seat count for its courses. Thus, the number of seats is equal to the number of applicants in an admission year. The seat allotment procedure for the PG course is now merit-based. Hence, the applicant's performance in the bachelor's degree course is considered for selection. Candidates can get a seat in the programme by registering on the IGNOU admission portal in online mode.

Indira Gandhi National Open University offers two-year MBA course in five specialisation options. Candidates have to choose the desired specialisation in the third semester of the programme. Under each specialisation, certain subjects are offered to choose from. Mentioned below are specialisation-wise subjects that the candidates can choose from:

Financial Management Area:

• Working Capital Management
• Capital Investment and Financing Decisions
• Management Control Systems

Operations Management Area:

• Operations Research

• Logistics and Supply Chain Management

IGNOU MBA (Banking and Finance) course curriculum is inclusive of subjects related to the field of Management and related to the course specialisation. The curriculum include semeste-wise subjects and specialisation courses that can be opted in the third semester of the programme. Some of the subjects covered during the course are:

• Business Environment
• Marketing Management
• Business Laws
• Information Systems for Managers
• International Business Management
• Business Ethics and CSR, etc. 

IGNOU MBA course is offered across different specialisations. It is a two-year course spread across four semesters. The candidates are allowed to choose the specialisation courses in the third semester of the programme. Subjects offered under the Financial Management Area specialisation of the MBA course is as follows:

• Management of Financial Services

Yes, IGNOU MBA applicants can apply for scholarship schemes offered by the Government of India. Students can apply through the official website. Contenders visit the centre and for fianancial assiatnce. 

The total tuition fee for a three year BBA programme ranges between INR 1.2 Lacs - INR 1.4 lakh. Apart from this, candidates must also pay for one-time components, which include Admission Fee, Enrollment Fee and Caution Deposit. 

To get admission to a three-year BBA programme in Hospital Management,  candidates must qualify for the minimum eligibility requirements of the programme. The eligibility criteria for the PGP EMBA programme at MET AMDC is:

 * A bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university. Even final year students can apply.

 * A valid score in any one of the following entrance exams:

   * MET - MCT

   * MH-CET

   * CMAT

   * XAT

   * CAT

   * ATMA

   * GMAT

   * NMAT

   * MAT

 * Work experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Along with this, candidates will also be assessed on their application form, statement of purpose, and performance in an aptitude test. (if required).
