Will I be eligible for PhD in Germany or I have to pursue MS first? I have done PG Diploma in tool design and CAD-CAM after B.E mechanical.

Hi Amritesh,
To answer your query.no, you cannot apply for PhD as German Universities do not recognize Diplomas. You would have to do MS first.
Secondly, yes there are scholarships. Here are a few links which would help you understand the scholarships and the cost of studying in Germany!

Since its a vocational course, degrees are less but you may check here

Graduate Diploma in CAD is a excellent value added diploma for Mechanical engineers if they plan to pursue career in design. It is a neiche skill wih opportunities in specialist design firms. Nowadays lot of MNC are outsourcing thier design work to Specialist design firms and IT firm with Engineeri
