You have asked a very interesting and pertinent question. Foreign companies do recruit students during placements season. However, for a person who is already working, this path is not available. There are really very slim chances for companies from abroad to recruit from India. But then countries like Canada have announced that they will allow immigration of almost 4 Lacs persons every year. You can attempt via this to immigrate and get a job there. Other European countries seek professionals in desired fields to immigrate. Hi Vishal Patel, both the programme are different, Diplomas are UG courses and Post Graduate Diploma are PG level which is why you can't compare them. If you have a Bachelor's degree you should study a PG Diploma, SPP colleges have an additional advantage of a 3-year work permit after graduation. And obviously job prospects are high and PG Diplomas are very much in demand. Doing a UG Diploma will give you basic job and not highly paid.

Doing a part time job there will fetch you 12-13$ per hour. Now, it depends on how much you can work on the basis of your classes schedule and college days.
Worry not, you will make at least 2500-3000$ in a month and you will be able to meet your daily expenses and save a little for your next semester fees.
After your UG in CS, you can easily earn 20-30$ per hour.
