Yes, it will be difficult for you to get options. You can see PG Diploma programs, many colleges in Canada, not universities, offer PG Diploma courses which accepts 3 year degree.

Find some good colleges in Aerospace Engineering there. And, after B.Tech you can join research department in that college.

Enquire about top institutions who provide abroad studies opportunities. Talk to seniors who has already went to foreign countries, to get contact details make use of the social connect networks like LinkedIn, facebook etc.

It is difficult to correctly say the demand of housekeeping only. Though Hospitality on the whole has it's demand. You check university websites and see for specializations offered. Enquire with them for possible career options. You can also also check the Skilled Occupation List and see what all professions are in demand.

There is no official confirmation by either CIC or any of the banks which are authorized to issue GIC like Scotia, ICICI & CIBC. So, it should be a rumour and a hoax. Contact some colleges directly. Till now, since there is no official confirmation you need not worry much.
