Hi,
You have a good track record. If you get good letter of recommendation letters and write a good SOP, you can get admission to Top ranking universities in Canada. I would recommend you to start applying now for Sept'2019 intake. Top Candian Universities in ECE are:

Hi Mayank,
Depends on your profile, your personal interest and your financial support. If you have very good marks in class 12th you can definitely apply to a Canada college and gain some good international experience. You will also be exposed to new programs, technologies etc. It's your call.

Hi Gurvinder,
Both are popular colleges. You can check the co-op options of both and compare. Check the fees, location, career record, career assistance etc. and decide.

Hi Neha,
PGDM from a recognized college will be accepted, your institution must be recognized by UGC. The college in Canada may further require credential evaluation. You may also look for PGDM in Canada.

It differs with different universities, if you are applying in a Tier I University they select only students who have no backlogs and with good extra activities. So, when you specify a University it would be easy to say the eligibility criteria.
