I don't think, it will be a good choice. It would be much better to pursue Intermediate, and then Bachelor’s degree. That way, you will be eligible for most other courses and jobs later. This Diploma will limit your option and will not be much beneficial in later life.

Hi Vaibhav Shah, there are many top ranked and good universities in Canada. Which is best for you will be hard to tell because you did not mention how much you scored in your B.Tech or BE. Moreover, your IELTS score is very low. You should retake, an overall 6.5 score is required for PG. Check these

Hi,
As you've completed your graduation, now you can take any course in Canada except technical courses. You can take if studied PCM in 12th.

There are many colleges that only ask for overall scores that is 6. But, nowadays rules are changed and immigration officer want it to be each 6. So, you should give the exam again, as it is a PG course. It’s IELTS requirements are more.

Yes, you are eligible to study in Canada. For that, you only have to give some entrance exam and English exam.

Criteria for the CFA is same. It doesn't matter from where you do your CFA course, as it is an online course. Fee and eligibility is the same, if you know and if not, you can visit the below mentioned source for details.

Australia Universities does accept 15 year of education. But Canadian and USA universities accepts 16 years of education. Canada colleges dies accept 15 year of education. To get through the USA and Canada universities you can complete 1 year of master or PG diploma in India and then, apply for Mast
