You can apply for PG Diploma courses in colleges. MS admissions in universities will be challenging and you won't be eligible for many. Take the IELTS also. You should also check options in Australia, UK, etc.

Your academics are good but you already have a Masters, so finding a relevant course will be difficult unless you want to do a PhD. PG Diploma courses are also available. You can explore options in pharmacy, food and nutrition, food technology, agriculture and environment, etc. Applying a second Masters in Canada is very challenging. Firstly, you should decide why you want to study, once you have your career plans sorted out you can choose a programme accordingly.

As such there are no homeopathic courses in Canada. You can opt for the courses of hospital administration, public health, hospital management, health administration
