IELTS requirements foe any Bachelors will be 6.0 and for Masters it is 6.5. It would be easier to mention the names of the university if you had provided details on which branch you are looking at.

IELTS is your test for English language requirement, you have to see if you meet the academic requirements also most importantly. 6 is not a recommended score for PG studies, you should have atleast 6.5 with no section less than 6. Your education background and percentile is required for better guidance.
