This would depend a lot on your long term career aspirations. If you are keen on settling overseas, then Canada is a better option, as the government has flexible laws for immigration. Whereas, in UK the government laws are not so student friendly and it would be a challenge to seek employment locally there along with immigration option. Plus, there are differences I the following areas:
1. Quality of education- UK is better.
2. Fees- UK is costly.
3. Duration of course- UK offers 1 year to 1.5 year programme, where as in Canada you will have 2 year programs.

Hi,
I think with 70% you have a very good chance with SPP. Your IELTS score is good too. You will need a very good SOP and also reference letters to strengthen your overall application package.

This is a very vague question. You can decide what kind of job exactly you want to do and then decide on the course. It is very important that you should know what you like, what are your strengths and choose the course accordingly. The best thing to do is visit the websites of various and explore all the programs they offer. This way you will know what are the course details, subjects and majors. Once you find a suitable programme which matches your interest, you can apply for it.

If it is relevant course connected to your studies, there will not be a problem. Normally, colleges will not give admission in such cases. Once you get admission, you can go ahead for visa without any worry.

If you are going for Diploma course, it is okay. If you are going for a degree programme, you should have overall 6.5 and each component minimum 6 band.
