First, based on your eligibility criteria you have to get admission. After that you can apply for few scholarships they offer. You can apply and try for it. You may get 25% and not more than that based on your academic marks. You also need good IELTS score for consideration of scholarships.

You have got a good score. You need to score 6/6.5 band in IELTS to be deemed eligible. The fee for the Master's degree is INR 12/15 Lacs. For Diploma, it is INR 6/8 Lacs.

Eligibility Criteria to become a Cosmetologist:
Though there is no formal qualification mandatory to become a cosmetologist, although, many industries will require you to attend a cosmetology school and be at least 16 years of age. Candidates who seek admission in any of the institutions of beautician courses, they have to appear for the entrance exam that is conducted by those institutions. If you want to pursue PGDC, then you need to have MBBS/BDS/BAMS/BHMS degree.

Both the countries have friendly student policies and are open to immigration of foreign nationals. The advantage with Canada is that you will have proximity to the USA and can get better career options in a larger economy/region. Financially and weather wise Australia could be more comfortable for Indians.

You have the required IELTS score and scored 77%, you will get admission. You may not get the free education because for that, they require 80%. As you have done MCA instead of doing MS in Computer Science, it is better you do some specialisation in the computer field when you do your Master's degree. It will make you more employable.

If you want to do UG program from Canada, you need an overall 6 band and each component with 5.5 band in IELTS. For PG, you need 6.5 band overall and 6 band in each component, less than this, you will not get admission. If you are looking for UG then you can apply to Sherdian or centinneial colleges
