Your GRE score looks good, but if you have 10 backlogs then probably engineering is not a good choice for you. You might be good at many other things, but certainly not engineering. Why do you want to pursue engineering only? There are many other higher education options in Canada which you can pursue. Normally speaking, colleges abroad seek excellence in academics before considering any student for admission. Unfortunately, you have scored less than 60 % and hence I feel that your chances have diminished. However, I would advise you to seek guidance from an agency dealing in sending students abroad since that are many nuances and you may fit in perhaps!

There is no easy way here. You have to meet the admission requirements, if you don't then I am sorry. With a three year degree options will be limited since Canadian universities generally accept only four year degree course. Unless you want to do a PG Diploma course from a college which can be done. Otherwise look for other country options such as Singapore, UK, Australia, Sweden, etc.

You may check colleges under SPP but if your profile is not too strong I wouldn't recommend. Visa will depend on your overall application kit. Keep other country options such as Australia, New Zealand, Netherlands, France, etc. which are also very good study abroad destinations.

I am afraid you are not eligible. Your scores are too low for a conventional university. I would have suggested SPP colleges but they won't accept more than 5 backlogs. Please try any other country, may be Norway, Ireland, Belgium, etc. You may also consider vocational/professional courses in New Zealand and Australia.
