More than its MBA recognition, TRU is popular amongst students who want canadian MBA but struggling with finances. There is no guarantee to settle after MBA from TRU. However, other universities do not provide guarantee too. It depends on how much hard work would you want to put. and many other factors such as your goals, experience etc.

I will suggest you to take a short-term course in Canada related to your field. While studying you will be allowed to work about 20 hours a week. After the course you can target getting full time employment.

Scholarships are awarded to students in 2 catagories- need based and merit based. Most Canadian universities do not want separate application for scholarship. you can apply with good credentials such as a 6/7 in most subjects of IB, high SAT score and nice bag of extra curricular to aim for scholarship.

700+ is a great score. Your academics can be overlooked to a great extend if you can prove your involvement in various other important activities that led to low grads score. There can not be a fixed university named for your question since canada is huge. you need to shortlist the area you want to go, budget and various other things B4 looking for the answer.

Best varies from individual to individual so know your own strengths and career aspirations, you will know better than any of us what you want. No separate tests are required unless the university you are applying to asks for it. Typically, scholarships are offered by the universities or colleges to students who have excellent academic grades that is on the basis of merit. You may check the websites for financial aid information to get all details.

Canada is always on the lookout for working personnel from across the globe. I feel both types that you mention are required there. So, I would advise you to grab the opportunity and accept whatever nob comes first.

Well, apparently, no course will give you a job permit or PR directly on a plate.You have to work hard. Even MBA students don't find job easily if they are not skilled enough. Canada no doubt has lots of opportunities, get into a good university with corporate tie ups, do well in your class, create contacts, attend career fairs, etc.

There could be many options but your marks is an issue. Also its your own interests and aptitude with the help of which you must decide what to study. Check colleges under SPP. Since, you have not mentioned your subjects it is difficult to suggest what all courses you can see.
