You can check with the universities directly and find out if you can be eligible for bridge courses or any pre-requisite courses in maths. Also please don't assume things like you won't get the visa. You must firstly apply to a college and receive the admission offer from the college in Canada after which you can apply for the student visa. Your visa decision will depend on your overall application package, SOP, LOR, motivation behind studying etc.
