The choice to study in India or abroad including Canada is upto you. You should go abroad if you get into a good recognized university otherwise there are good colleges in India also.

Try in Australia since your academics is low for Canadian colleges. Also your IELTS score, you should retake IELTS. For maximum colleges, abroad, they require an IELTS score of 6.5 with no section less than 6. Email the colleges and check if the present score can be accepted by them or if any bridge course is available.

For PG level course, universities require an overall score of 6.5 with no section less than 6. You must also meet the academic requirements. Every university has different requirements, so check the websites before applying.

The comparison can be made between similar things. Dental hygiene and computer engineering, they have absolutely no relation to each other and they are completely different sectors, both are in demand in their respective fields.
