Hi Raghav,
The best country to do Masters depends on a lot of factors like: financial ability, courses that you want to pursue, your relatives living abroad, your plan post graduation, etc. Canadian Universities are considered one of the best for most courses whereas Germany is best for engineering studies.

In USA, you should take pre-medical entrance exam I.e MCAT (Medical Common Admission Test). Likewise, other countries also should take pre-medical entrance exam.

Yes, but if you are looking for long term career growth you must do an MBA or Masters. PGDM are popular in Canada but when you look from an employer's point of view the higher the qualification the better. You can do your PGDM, gain some work experience and do an MBA perhaps.
