Generally for long term prospects you would require a Masters. Getting a job will depend on your skills, qualifications and knowledge. Decide what kind of job you want to do and earn credentials accordingly. Check job portals for requirements and develop your profile. There is no defined answer on how to get a job, attend career fairs, develop your networks, your communication skills, and your own skills.
