I can provide information about the process in Canada as I am familiar with that system. As an internationally trained medical professional, you will have to undergo a credential assessment to establish that your degree is recognised after which you have to clear the test conducted by Medical Council of Canada (MCC). The MCC Evaluating Examination (MCCEE) has exam preparation resources and a self-administered examination which you can take to assess your preparation level. Assuming you have cleared the MCCEE and completed the credits required for International medical graduates. The last step is to get a license to practice in Canada.

Computer science is one of the popular courses at McGill University. So even though the minimum entrance admission criteria is 3.2/4 GPA but actual marks required for admission is much higher. You will need to submit your CV and an SOP. Re tests-you will need to submit GRE for academic and IELTS / TOEFL for English language proficiency.

You haven't mentioned which subject you have done your B.Sc in. Usually, people go for a Masters or PG Diploma in Canada after completing Bachelor's degree here. Both the courses can lead up to different career options. You can go for a Tech or Management course with a specialisation which is linked to your course if that is your interest. You can also look for courses in new areas of your interest. Career options open up with qualifications from Canada. Work options with Indian degree and no work experience are not very high.

Law is a second degree in Canada. You have to complete your 4 year Bachelor's degree. After that, you can appear for the LSAT exam. If you want to study in Canada for Masters of Surgery, you need to give the exams for the qualification of it. Once you qualify the exam, you can easily do it.

Yes, ofcourse any student who wish to take part in CPA exams in Canada can do it. You are from delhi university pursuing your B.Com, if you have the qualifications required for the exam, you can undoubtedly apply for it.

You have scored quite nicely in your 12th. Just looking at your marks, I feel you should get admission and of course visa for Canada. But I would advise you to approach an agency that is full time into this to know about some typical or minor road blocks!!
