It is entirely your choice. You can check the requirements and see if you meet them, if not then pursue your UG here and hold a proper qualification to study in Canada. A 3 year Bachelor's degree from India is not accepted by all Canadian universities, which might be an obstacle if you plan for MS. So, similarly evaluate these kind of requirements. You must also see the finance factor. You can calculate all pros and cons and decide accordingly.

Choosing between Canada and Australia is quite difficult as both the countries have demand for accountants, Canada is on the other hand one of the world's financial hub. Please choose as per your career plans, check the budget and expenses, climate, university requirements, competitiveness etc and decide. Post graduate work permit in both the countries are also very good and international students have a bright chance only if skilled and have knowledge.

If you want to opt for a college with low fee structure, then Germany is the best option. You can also get a scholarship. You can get good job opportunities in Germany.

A Masters degree is preferred over Diploma. Still you need to pursue a minimum of 8 months course in Canada to be eligible for Post Graduation Work Permit. Also, the duration of the post graduation work permit will depend on the length of your course in Canada. The universities will provide all the assistance in finding you a job, still everything will depend on your networking ability and pro-activeness. 11th grade marks do not matter. Work hard in 12th as its marks actually matter. Also, start preparing for IELTS exam from British Council. It is an English proficiency exam and its result is valued all over the world. Please refer to the link.
