Hi, both Australia and Canada are good options for studying , Canada is more competitive. Germany will be competitive basis your CGPA but you can still try.

in NewZealand and Canada you are allowed to work 20 hours per week. In NewZealand after Level 7 program you will be given one year work search visa. once you get a job you will get two year work permit. once you get work permit you are eligible to apply for PR.

If you study in Canada for two years then you will be given three years of visa extension. Once you get a job fourth year of your stay you will be eligible to apply for PR

A grade 12 student applies for September intake from Oct of previous year till January of same year. If you missed that then you can apply for January intake. For Jan intake you should apply now. Do remember to take IELTS

It will be bad. You can not target a high ranking university as they will see all your scores. Sometimes even from grade 12th. Try to look for a good gre score

Yes but since your score does not seem good enough, don't target a high ranking university. Also appear for GRE n get a good score, that can help. To be safe look for new Zealand, Australia too as these countries are yet not very competitive
