Dear Mani,
You will be eligible to apply in most universities, but you still need to check the IELTS requirement. They require 6 and higher band. You may refer to the websites and even write to them, often they do accept slightly lower IELTS scores.

Dear Meet,
Though, I can't figure out what GTU stands for, if you are looking for post study work options and PR then Australia, New Zealand and Canada are good options. You may also check European countries. You can visit the immigration websites for respective country information.

First of all, why do you want to pursue an MBA? Is it because of the general trend or the need for growth? If you have a passion for a particular field such as finance, accounting, human resource or marketing, then you may consider pursuing Master's in that particular field rather than an MBA. These Master's programs generally do not require work experience.

To increase your chances you must take the english proficiency test TOEFL or IELTS with 6.5 score. The qualification otherwise looks good.

Canada currently is very welcoming in terms of job and education both whereas New Zealand boasts of some of the world known MNCs based there but getting a job might not be easy. Apart from the job market, you need to see the financials as well. Degree from both the countries is recognised all over the world. In terms of ranking, Canada has almost 300 universities preferred over New Zealand.

You haven't mentioned which course, hence it will be difficult to suggest universities, and even mention the fee.
