You have to check job listing on net and apply for it. Once you get an offer from there, then you need to clear IELTS paper in GT module. Thereafter, you will get a visa.

The requirements in both the countries differ. BS nursing is usually a four year degree course, you must have completed class 12th with relevant subjects. To study in US, you must take SAT and TOEFL. To study in Canada, SAT is not required but TOEFL or IELTS would be required. You must check university websites for specific requirements. Felician College in US is very popular for nursing.

Speaking is on some other day while reading, listening and writing is on the same day in quick succession, i.e. no gap in between. The application fees is Rs.11,500, which has to be paid online and result will be out on 13th day after the main exam.
