Most Canadian universities require a minimum grade point average of 60% for admission. Additionally, there are certain colleges that accept applications with test scores of less than 50 in any major subject with certain restrictions, such as having an IELTS band score higher than the necessary band score and having percentages higher than 55%.

So, no you won't be having any problem.

International students applying for a student visa to Canada are required to pay a visa application fee of CAD 150. Canadian visa applications are available both online and offline. International students can pay the visa application fees online by credit card or offline by means of a demand draft payable to the High Commission of Canada. After submitting the visa application, international applicants are required to pay a sum of CAD 85 for biometrics.
