Hi Praveen, As long as you are pursuing your B.Com you should continue to work as Junior Sales Executive. After completion, you should opt for MBA. If you don't have any financial problem, then my advice would be that you should go for regular MBA rather than a distance one. Regular classroom programme is preferred over distance programme in the industry. Also ICICI and other major banks have their own MBA programme in banking and financial management. After completing your B.Com you would be eligible for that. If qualified, you can do the MBA and would be absorbed within the organisation. Yes, you can go ahead with your desired programme. Yes, It is possible to join B.Tech course after completing B.Sc. Through the lateral entry scheme which is offered by most of the Engineering colleges in India. The lateral entry is only given to candidates who have either completed Diploma in Engineering or B.Sc. Course. What it means is that you would be given admission in the second year of the Engineering course of your choice which you can select depending on the subject in which you completed your B.Sc. Eligibility Criteria for LEET:
1. Must be graduate in Science stream like B.Sc. With minimum 55% marks.
2. Must have taken mathematics as one of the compulsory subject in B.Sc.
3. Don't have any supply in any semester. B.Sc. (CHEMISTRY).
