Truly speaking, communication skills and spoken skills are important in all fields of work these days. Hi,
Start by teaching as a freelancer or even as a volunteer. It helps to give you a head start for your career. Lot of online free resources give you agenda and tips to teach and plan your teaching. Do it for sample lessons. Watch Youtube videos to see how teachers communicate and conduct classes. It will give you a visible idea.

I also started my cricket career at 18 year of age, and not also changed my graduation stream from engineering to architecture jobs for cricket, and also sat in the JEE competition to secure a seat in the prestigious Jamia Millia Islamia Faculty of architecture and EKISTICS.
