It's not that difficult if you are meeting the eligibility criteria of the college where you wish to apply. There are many parameters on which the best college is decided. I can name a few colleges. Your first priority would be to clear your backlogs, so that you can proceed with further education, or opt for a job. Unless, you clear your backlogs, your B.Tech degree will be of no value. In terms of jobs, after completing mechanical Diploma, you can go for junior level posts in private or government sector. You can try for the positions like Technician, Supervisor, Junior Engineer, Clerk, etc. In government sector. Taking various entrance exams for private and centralized banks as well as SBI and RBI is also a very good option. Regards.
