Educational Requirements
For admissions in diploma courses, you must have cleared 10+2 or equivalent exam with any stream from any recognized board. All the four institute are best for WBCS in kolkata but I personally found that the Vinson IAS is the best institute for WBCS as well as UPSC coaching. I visited the institute and I found that the faculties are very expierienced and study materials provided by them are also very useful.
