If you have enough of your work experence (around 4 or more), you should plan to do Executive MBA which has high paying career opportunities even abroad. After successful completion of this course, you have plenty of job offers because of the degree and of course your experience. You won't like to refuse even a single one then.
E-MBA is the best option for you.
There is a lot of career scopes that you may have through this course.

It depends on your interest and preferences. You could take up a job or go for further studies. Since, your field of graduation is not indicated in your question, I cannot give you a precise answer. But, if you want to go for post-graduation, you can pursue MBA, no matter what your stream of graduation is. Or, you could also take up some post graduate Diploma in one of the fields that interest you the most.
