No, unfortunately, they don't. Illustrator courses are only offered at certification and Diploma levels. You don't really need to pursue a full-fledged degree course to learn Adobe Illustrator; a short-term certification or Diploma is enough. However, if you're really interested in pursuing a degree in Animation, you can explore a BDes in Animation, a BSc in Graphic Design, and other options.

For full-time courses, there might be some differences in the steps. Which means you'll need to pay for the application fee of the college, then wait for the college to verify your application.

Once verified, you'll also need to attend the counselling session offline. You can check the official website of the full-time institutes for exact admission details, as the steps can differ for individual institutions.

You can find many online Illustrator courses. In-house experts offer training and certificates in Adobe Illustrator online on the company website through Adobe TV of Creative Cloud. These are beginner-level, hands-on tutorials you can begin or follow using the app on your desktop or laptop, with downloadable samples.

Other than that, Adobe also offers an official certificate. That is the Adobe Certified Professional in Graphic Design & Illustration Using Adobe Illustrator. The experts mention that the student needs to complete it by having 150 hours of learning and completing an integrated 50-minute exam.
