The candidates should note that the minimum qualification to apply for the UPSC Civil Service (IAS ) exam is a Graduate degree in any discipline. There is no way to apply for the UPSC IAS exam after 12.
The candidates can start preparing for the UPSC CSE(IAS) exam after class 12 to score better

Complete class 11th and class 12th first. Because you will get much better and more possibilities of studying courses after the class 12th. Like NEET JEE/Main/Advanced NDA UCEED NID etc. Can be given after the 12th.

IIT Madras offers a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) programme in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), which is one of the most sought-after undergraduate programs in India. As of my knowledge cutoff in September 2021, IIT Madras does not offer a specific specialisation in Artificial Intelligence

To admission in NIT's, your Category Rank as well as CRL Rank is considered in JoSAA Counselling. If you belong to any of the reserved category, and since reserved category has some reservations, so your category rank will be considered in that case. And if you belong to general category, then
