No, it is not necessary to give the Andhra Pradesh EAMCET exam to get admission to the biomedical engineering course. There are some private colleges that offer direct admission on the basis of the class 12th score. Some of these colleges are:
1. Sona College of Technology : You can do B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering, and the tuition fee is Rs. 2 Lacs.
2. Galgotias University: The fee is around Rs. 6.36 Lacs for B.Tech. Biomedical engineering.

You are eligible to apply for a Certificate Course in Radio Jockeying, Television Anchoring, Creative Writing, Acting, PR, and Advertising. One needs to have completed the 12th grade to apply for this course at the School of Media Activity Research and Technology.
You can also apply for a Certificate in Radio Jockey, which requires you to be a 10th grader.
These courses are offered in part-time mode; therefore, you can pursue them while completing your degree.
The fee for both courses is around Rs. 40,000. Also, the Certificate course in Radio Jockey is a correspondence course and will be easier to pursue along with graduation.

Procedure for an Education loan:
To apply for the Education loan, one must be an Indian citizen, having secured admission into a college or university recognised by a competent authority in India or abroad. The candidate must have completed his/her higher secondary level schooling. Some banks offer an Education loan even before one has secured admission into the university.
Steps:
1- Visit the bank.
2- Collect the Education loan form, fill the form and attach all required documents with the form.
3- Higher Authority will verify and submit.
4- After submitting the form, you may or may not get the loan.
