The GNM course doesn't require candidates to come from a PCB background. You will get the same career options as a GNM student who passed Class 12 from the Science stream. You can work in any healthcare facility, nursing home, NGO, School, etc., as a GNM Nurse.
All the best.

No, the BSc Nursing scope is not limited to hospitals only. First of all, a Nurse is required in various facilities like clinics, community health centers, MNCs, schools, the army, home services, etc. Secondly, beyond healthcare, they can go for industries like education, administration, social work, telehealth marketing, etc.

Both are excellent choices but ultimately depends on what you value. Working for a hospital pharmacy after B Pharmacy entails patient care, dispensing low, dispensing drugs, and counseling on drugs; respectively.
Conversely, the pharmaceutical industry ideally will have one of these positions in R&D, manufacturing, regulatory, or marketing. The hospitals have clinical service capabilities, and, if you enjoy technical or corporate environments, the pharmaceutical industry may suit you better.
