The decision would be based on your interest areas and long term career plans. If you want to pursue a career in academics / technical / research areas then post M.Sc. You should look for a job opportunity in relevant field & industry. If you want to pursue teaching in school then you could look at B.Ed. If you want to purse research then explore Ph.D. & if you want to move into general management / operations side then MBA would be better.

you can consider amity university, GGSIPU, IIT Delhi. Though you can also opt for any avg to good college and go for off-campus placements which are also very good.
