The reason for this is that a female cabin crew would weigh on an average 20 kilos lighter than a male cabin crew and as a result, would save on fuel consumption in the long run. . Since it requires a lot of physical and mental stability, one gives more attention towards their fitness, You have to be fit to perform your duties, every day.
