If you are sure about being a chef after class 10th, you can join Diploma in Hotel Management course, learn the best of skills needed for the Industry and start working after few years of work experience add on your degree with an work experience MBA that will fetch you promotions and better offers. You need to understand what you want and how will you be working towards it. It is very hard to work in a kitchen department. I appreciate your choice.
