You can go for Biotechnology, MLT, Pharmacy, Microbiology or forensic depending upon your interest.

Courses such as CSE, IT, BBA hotel management, tourism management, etc. would often get you a confirm placement.

You can take one more drop as you can take JEE three times, but the next one will be your last chance. So, perform well!

SSB is more about physical fitness, mental fitness and personal interview. You need to start boot camping to improve upon your strength & stamina. Do read a lot on current affairs & prepare yourself. TIME as an institute does prepare oneself for NDA. You could check with them.
