Hi,
It is quite obvious that at some point of our life we get stuck unable to decide the next best step for us. First of all, I would suggest you to sit and think for a while in a calm and silent atmosphere, about the kind of job or role that you envision for yourself in about 10 years ahead. Think about the purpose of your life. Once you get a clear vision, start researching on how to get to that position and what is required. Talk to your parents, friends, search online websites, etc. Once you are done with this, I am sure you would have decided your next step for yourself!

Convincing and motivating skills are more required for human resource department people. HR needs to do the hard task of convincing people for taking new challenges, retaining the people, and keep employees engaging. Another profile which suits convincing power of an individual is the sales and marketing. Sales team of any company needs smart people with great convincing power. Therefore, these are the two options you can look for and these are not the only two options many other skills you can explore.

One of the option is you can go for MBA. Marks doesn't matter a lot you just need to have subject knowledge and concepts clear. You should be able to apply them in practical situations. You can go for MBA-Finance and a good performance will definitely help you to shape your career in a better way. Many banks, financial institutions, offer good job roles to smart students rather than studious ones. So, have confidence in yourself. Best of Luck.
