Hi, Actuarial Science is a very challenging course. I would recommend it, if you are extremely numerate and proficient in mathematics and statistics and you enjoy it a lot. If so, you should definitely give the Actuarial Common Entrance Test (ACET). It is held twice a year, usually in June and December. It will give you a feel for what lies ahead in the future. The test also acts as a filter for the institute.
