Bachelor of Hotel Management and Catering Technology BHMCT and Bachelor of Hotel Management BHM have almost similar scope. The only different between these courses is that the BHM course curriculum revolves only around the functions and operations of a hotel whereas BHMCT includes catering services as well.

The average fee of the Catering Technology course is INR 40,000 to INR 2,00,000.

The fees for B.Sc Hotel and catering management at Perambalur Dhanalakshmi College Up to INR 50,000.

Better is selecting a degree in Culinary Science/arts, which is totally based on cooking. Best for one who wants to be a professional chef.
