Eligibility Criteria (Qualifying Exam) for LPU
Pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English or equivalent. For a candidate, who has not studied English as a subject, the condition of English may be waived off provided the candidate in his qualifying exam has studied in English medium. (5% relaxation to North-East states and Sikkim candidates or Defence Personnel and their Dependents or Wards of Kashmir Migrants)
Yes you can pursue B.Com just you need to give some extra efforts for accounting papers. I am sure you can do it with just a little harder effort.

Yes your marks will matter and effect you campus placement whether it be 10th or 12th boards. It really matters. The marks will not matter once you have experience of working in industry but if you are a fresher then you will face issues. Below is the criteria for campus placement:
60% throughout your academics I. e 10th, 12th and your graduation. No backlogs in 10th, 12th or graduation. If you fulfill this criteria then you will be allowed to sit for campus placement else not. However, different companies have different marks cut-off area some keep it 60% or 65%. It may also be 70%

CBSE is the best option, because CBSE is working under Ministry of Education of GOI. Most of the national level competitive exams syllabus like NDA JEE, NEET NID and NIFT etc. are taken the CBSE board. So CBSE is recommendable here.

Failing is not an issue when pursuing a career of choice after a gap. The interested student may simply reapply for admission in the tenth grade. After successfully passing the 10th, he or she will become eligible for Diploma courses. He or she can get a Diploma in visual communication from the following colleges:
1. Vadodara Parul University
2. Davinci Media College of Chennai
The person may also go on to complete the 12th standard to have more options in VISCOM, such as a Professional Certificate Diploma in Visual Communication.

If the candidate fails in 10th exam, then they can apply for supplementary exam, as many times until they clear all the subjects in theirn10th standard. To apply for supplementary exam, you should approach your school examination branch.
