JBIMS is a good B-school with moderate fees and high value. You can get admission in JBIMS with good CAT MH-CET score.

60%-70%, you should get in class 10th to get commerce.

Yes, it is possible to get a Diploma after class 10. every institute has its own condition. But the maximum you will get admission upon your class 12th marks.
