You can't take a degree without 10+2. So, it's better to complete 12th or any Diploma to take admission in any degree course.

Since, entrance exam is only one of the criterias for the evaluation of selection process, it depends on other criterias also other than entrance exams. So, apply for interview and perform very well in the interview. You will have good chances of getting shortlisted.

There is no specific need for 10th and 12th, you just have to clear all exams get above 50 in UG and then scoring above in entrance will automatically give you merit.

The eligibility criteria for NDA exam is as under. NDA Eligibility Criteria 2019 :-
1. Age Limit :- Candidates born not earlier than July 2, 2000, and not later than July 1, 2003. The date of birth should match the date recorded in the matriculation or higher secondary examination certificate. Minimum Age: 16.5 years
Maximum Age: 19.5 years
