You have done the Diploma in IT and now you are saying that you are not interested in coding. Okay, there are plenty of opportunities that you have after completion of the Diploma. You can think of taking a lateral admission in another branch of engineering if you want to continue in engineering studies, else if you want to change track, you can think of doing some other graduation based on your Diploma as equivalent to class 12th. It all actually depends on what is it that you want, which subject fascinates you or which subjects makes you motivated to study. You can opt any group in class 12th, as per your convenience, because these courses do not requires any specific stream. National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT) offers undergraduate courses, as B.Sc-HHA (Generic & specialization) in their various IHMs campuses. The eligibility criteria of B.Sc-HHA are as follows. The admissions are based on rank obtained in NCHM-JEE (A National level entrance test). Eligibility Criteria: A pass in 10+2 system of Senior Secondary examination or its equivalent with English as one of the subjects. Candidate must have passed English as a subject of study core/elective/functional) in the qualifying examination. The maximum age is 22 years. Those appearing in 10+2 or equivalent examination can also appear in JEE 2019 on provisional basis. Further International Institute of Hotel Management also offers the following Undergraduate programme as under:-
1. Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Administration (3 years full time course)
2. Advanced Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality Administration (3 years full time course)
3. B.Sc. In Hospitality and Tourism Studies from YCMOU (Pune Campus Only)
Eligibility criteria: A pass in Class 12th examination or its equivalent with English as one of the Subjects. Those appearing in Class 10+2 or equivalent examination can also appear in E-CHAT (Entrance Test) followed by Group Discussion & Personal Interview of the short listed candidates to be held at all major cities of the country. Maximum age is 22 years.
